Since 1982 PORWAL GROUP at Raipur (C.G.) INDIA installed three industries to manufacture wide range of products promoted by Mr. S.L.Saraf a Coal Tar Technologist since 1967. Porwal's is a fast growing, quality conscious, well managed Company with prompt delivery and after sales services. Porwal group is dedicated to launch war against corrosion of Steel and in particular to Protect Cross Country Pipelines of Oil, Gas and Water.

PORWAL CHEMICALS engaged in Petroleum and Coal Tar based solvents distillation and manufacture of Naphthalene, Creosote Oil and Tar Acids since 1982.

PORWAL TAR PRODUCTS (P) LTD. was incorporated in 1988 to manufacture Pipe Line Coatings & other Tar Products. Company has all in house testing facility as required under A.W.W.A, B.S. along with I.S. Specifications.

Company has now commenced production of Epoxy based coaltar epoxy, Food grade expoxy, Zinc & Aluminium based coatings and primers to protect pielines and large scale Vachinery & Industrial plants & Structures.

Now a days water has limited sources and is scarce, therefore water pipelines are needed which can be protected with Coal Tar based coatings.

Company is an ISO 9008 certified unit by D.N.V. for manufacturer of Coal Tar Enamel and Primers to ensure quality product. Company has undertaken Highest Production in India of Coal Tar Enamel & Primer during 2001-02. Our company has been approved and enlisted in Indian Oil Corporation Limited's mainline project job forC.T.E Grade 120/5 & Primer EIL & ONGC offshore approval for coatingof Cross Country pipeline.

PORWAL INDUSTRIES has been promoted in 2002 to manufacture Coal Tar Tape, Outerwrap, Porwal's Vastic H.D Black Japan (base primer) for protection of Steel Pipes & structures, Liquid Pitch to cater Aluminum Industries. C.T. Tapes are approved by EIL/NTPC/ BHEL/ DVC

Consistent quality, Technical development and Sound financial position with regular growth will help the Group to feed Global requirement of Anti corrosive coatings material. Company has started export of Coal Tar Enamel, Synthetic Primer & Coal Tar impregnated Glass Fibre Outerwrap to Vidd le East and other Countries and has received repeated orders.
